AO is seeking a Team Leader to energise and support our self-employed driver crews. You will drive performance, coach teams, and ensure service excellence across our delivery network.

You’ll lead with a positive, proactive approach, manage administration, and collaborate with HR, operations and safety teams to maintain high standards and a joyful, productive workplace.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding service to customers.
• The ability to lead, inspire, and motivate others to perform at their best.
• Confidence in applying a fair and consistent approach to people management.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Monitor the quality of work that operatives carry out and manage performance.
• Ensure products are handled correctly and in line with manual handling guidelines.
• Complete investigations and rectify any possible discrepancies.
• Take responsibility for administration duties, where needed.
• Provide support with HR functions such as disciplinary meetings fairly and consistently.
• Be responsible for the site’s cleanliness and maintenance.
• Keep track of your team’s performance and be able to offer upskilling opportunities.

• Salary: £28,862.47 per annum
• Hours: 40.25 hours per week.
• Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing
