Job summary

Costa Coffee in Stroud is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift, ensuring great service and coffee excellence. You will lead by example and guide the team to deliver warm, fast and friendly service across busy periods.

You’ll train and support new Baristas, energise your team, and maintain high standards while adapting to daily challenges. Join a brand that invests in communities through the Costa Foundation and values teamwork and continuous improvement.
