Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift. You’ll train and empower Baristas, energise your team, and maintain high standards of service and coffee excellence in a busy store.

You are a reliable role model with strong communication, a collaborative mindset and the ability to lead others calmly under pressure. Experience as a team leader or readiness to step into the role is welcomed.
