Job summary

Cygnet Norcott House in West Yorkshire is seeking a confident Team Leader with a passion for delivering outstanding healthcare. You’ll work full time (42 hours per week) on 12-hour shifts, including alternate weekends, combining duties as support worker and team leader.

In this role you will allocate duties, supervise the staff team, administer medications, and demonstrate best practice while supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs in a residential setting.

We are looking for a confident Team Leader with a passion for delivering outstanding healthcare. You’ll be working full time 42 hours a week, 12 hour shifts, including alternate weekends,, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Norcott House. You will work some shifts as a support worker, and some shifts as a team leader, allocating duties, giving medication, supervising the staff team and demonstrating best practice. Located in the suburbs of Liversedge in West Yorkshire, Norcott House is a specialist residential service providing outcome focused care for adults with learning disabilities and associated complex needs who may have behaviours that challenge.
