Job summary

Cygnet is seeking a Team Leader at Norcott House in West Yorkshire. You will balance shifts between supervising staff and delivering care, earning £15.39 per hour for full-time 42 hours weekly, including 12-hour shifts and alternate weekends.

The role includes supervising tasks, allocating duties and ensuring best practice within a residential service for adults with complex needs. The position requires DBS and a commitment to safeguarding, with opportunities for development and wellbeing

You’ll be working full time42hours a week,12hour shifts, including alternate weekends,,making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care atNorcott House.

You will work some shifts as a support worker, and some shifts as a team leader, allocating duties, giving medication, supervising the staff team and demonstrating best practice.

Located in the suburbs of Liversedge in West Yorkshire, Norcott House is a specialist residential service providing outcome focused care for adults with learning disabilities and associated complex needs who may have behaviours that challenge.
