Job summary

Cygnet’s Norcott House in West Yorkshire is seeking a confident Team Leader to deliver outstanding care. You’ll work 42 hours a week, with 12-hour shifts, including alternate weekends, and split shifts between support worker and team leader, coordinating duties and supervising staff.

You will help with medication, safeguarding, and service user independence within a person-centred care pathway. The role offers opportunities to develop management and leadership skills and to grow with a large UK

  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach to all individuals in our care
  • Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
  • Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
  • Assist with medical & welfare needs & report as required
  • Support management in the day-to-day running of the service
  • Undertake supervisory & administrative responsibilities
  • Safeguard Maintain a safe and clean environment for all.

We are looking for a confident Team Leader with a passion for delivering outstanding care. You'll be working 42 hours a week, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Norcott House., Helping others improve and turn their lives around theres no better feeling. You'll be working full time 42 hours a week,12 hour shifts, including alternate weekends, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Norcott House. You will work some shifts as a support worker, and some shifts as a team leader, allocating duties, giving medication, supervising the staff team and demonstrating best practice. Located in the suburbs of Liversedge in West Yorkshire, Norcott House is a specialist residential service providing outcome focused care for adults with learning disabilities and associated complex needs who may have behaviours that challenge.
