Job summary

Cygnet is seeking a confident Care & Support Worker for Beckly House in Shelf, Halifax – West Yorkshire. You will work full-time with 42 hours per week on 12-hour shifts, including alternate weekends, days only. We are dedicated to delivering outstanding healthcare and enabling residents to lead fuller lives.

The role offers an apprenticeship path, flexible working with overtime, coaching and wellbeing support. Successful candidates must complete an enhanced DBS check.

Cygnet Group are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding healthcare.

You'll be working full-time 42 hours a week, 12-hour shifts, including alternate weekends (4 shifts week one, three shifts week two, on a two week rolling rota), Days only, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Beckly House

Beckly is a specialist residential service in Shelf, Halifax - West Yorkshire, supporting people with learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours that may challenge.

We find out their strengths, abilities and preferences so that the care provided can be as person-centred and meaningful to each individual as possible.

Your Day-to-Day

• • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents
• • Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support
• • Learn about individuals' specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
