Purpose of the role

• Supervise and coordinate the team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable support services tailored to the needs of each young person in our children’s services, promoting independence and choice in accordance with the Statement of Purpose and Ofsted Supported Accommodation Standards.
• Provide first-line management and supervise staff to ensure young people are safeguarded, supported, and receive person-centred support within our accommodation, complying with policies, legislation, and OFSTED standards.
