So, what does the role of a Team Leader here involve?

This role will be made for you if you love fostering relationships and helping your team and clients find the right Insurance products to fit their needs.

The primary focus of this role is to lead, motivate and drive performance and service standards for a team of approximately 6-10 Account Handlers and / or Account Executives – providing them with direction and guidance, for them to meet their targets, providing support and guidance on client issues as required.

You will drive and implement the placement strategy focusing on improving income and leverage with insurers and work in collaboration with your Head of Region and manager to implement and deliver Private Client & Personal Lines strategies.

What experience do our Team Leaders need?

It’s essential that you have experience gained from within the Private Client or Personal Lines Insurance Industry from a similar role and it would be a bonus if you have any relevant qualifications, though we offer tons of opportunity to gain these once you join us.
