Job summary

Cygnet at Norcott House in West Yorkshire is seeking a confident Team Leader who will balance shifts between support worker and leadership duties. This full-time role covers 42 hours per week with 12-hour shifts and alternate weekends, contributing to high-quality residential care for adults with learning disabilities.

You will allocate duties, supervise staff, administer medications under best practice, and support service users while maintaining safety and independence, within a person-centred

We are looking for a confident Team Leader with a passion for delivering outstanding healthcare.

You'll be working full time 42 hours a week, 12 hour shifts, including alternate weekends,, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Norcott House.

You will work some shifts as a support worker, and some shifts as a team leader, allocating duties, giving medication, supervising the staff team and demonstrating best practice.

Located in the suburbs of Liversedge in West Yorkshire, Norcott House is a specialist residential service providing outcome focused care for adults with learning disabilities and associated complex needs who may have behaviours that challenge.
