Job summary

Confidential care provider seeks a confident Care & Support Worker for Beckly House in Shelf, Halifax. The role is full-time (42 hours) on 12-hour shifts, including alternate weekends. You will support residents with learning disabilities and complex needs in a person-centred, empowering environment.

Starting pay is £13.15 per hour, rising after three months and again after 18 months, with apprenticeship opportunities and many wellbeing benefits. DBS check required.

You'll be working full-time 42 hours a week, 12-hour shifts, including alternate weekends (4 shifts week one, three shifts week two, on a two week rolling rota), Days only, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Beckly House

Beckly is a specialist residential service in Shelf, Halifax - West Yorkshire, supporting people with learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours that may challenge.

Your Day-to-Day

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents
