Job summary

Costa Coffee in Kenilworth is looking for a Team Leader to help run busy shifts, coach and accredit new Baristas, and drive daily team performance. You’ll lead by example, ensure excellent espresso standards, and contribute to crafting memorable customer experiences in our store.

This role offers hands-on leadership, opportunities for progression, and attractive perks including shift discounts, Costa employee card, and our supportive, community-focused culture.
