Costa Coffee in Norwich is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift. The role offers flexible shifts to suit the store and your schedule.

You will train and energise the team, uphold high standards of service and coffee excellence, and use resourcefulness to keep operations running smoothly. Your proven leadership and excellent communication will help deliver great customer experiences.
