Job summary

Costa Coffee in Glasgow is seeking a Team Leader for 30 hours per week to energise and support our busy store. You’ll train baristas, drive great service and ensure coffee excellence while delivering friendly experiences for every customer.

As a reliable role model with strong communication, you’ll lead by example, adapt to changing shifts and collaborate with the Store Manager to meet KPIs. Costa values diversity, growth and a passion for progressing together.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced cafe or retail setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivational leadership and reliability to support staff.
