Job summary

Costa Coffee in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift. You’ll train and empower Baristas, energise your team and uphold coffee and service standards across the store.

Flexible shifts are available to fit your schedule. We’re a brand that values great coffee and memorable moments, with opportunities to grow and contribute to our Costa Foundation initiatives.
