Job summary

Costa Coffee in Coventry is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift, ensuring coffee excellence and great service.

You’ll train and motivate your Baristas, maintain high standards, adapt to busy periods, and lead by example in a fast-paced store.
