Job summary

The Manor Brampton, Leonard Cheshire, is seeking a Team Leader to guide a compassionate care team across occasional hours. The role centers on delivering outstanding, person-centred care and leading by example.

You will organise rotas, support training, supervise daily care, and liaise with families and professionals. NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent is preferred, with strong leadership and communication skills.

What you’ll do

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care
• Organise rotas and ensure the right staffing levels at all times
• Support with training, development, and supervision of staff
• Work alongside customers to achieve their goals and promote independence
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies
• Step in to provide hands‑on care and administer medication when needed
