Leonard Cheshire in Stockport is seeking an enthusiastic Team Leader for Oakwood care home on occasional hours. You will lead a compassionate team to deliver person-centred care, organise rotas, supervise staff, and support training while working across weekdays and weekends to cover holidays and sickness.

About Leonard Cheshire

We provide specialist support across residential care, supported living, and respite services for people with physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, sensory impairments, and learning disabilities.
