Job summary

Leonard Cheshire is hiring for casual/occasional care assistant roles at Stadon Road, Anstey near Leicester. The service supports seven adults with disabilities in a family-like setting.

You’ll help with daily living, meals, medication, and accompany residents to appointments and activities, while keeping records and supporting independence. The role offers training, a strong benefits package, and development opportunities.

Your working hours

We offer occasional hours.

You’ll need to be flexible to work across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota

Typical shifts may include:

• Day shifts: [e.g. 7am - 7pm & 7am - 1pm or 1pm - 7pm]

Enhanced pay: £1.00 per hour will only apply to night working (8pm Monday to 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep-Ins.
