Job description

£15.15 per hour | Full Time - 36 Hrs (Night Shifts) | Chipstead Lake - Sevenoaks

“It’s about leading by example – supporting my team so they can give the very best care every single day.”

That’s how one of our Team Leaders describes their role. If you’re a confident, compassionate leader who’s ready to inspire others and make a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.

A home, not just a service

Our Chipstead Lake service supports up to 22 adults with physical disabilities to live their lives their way. Our home has extensive accessible grounds and amazing views of the local fishing lake, and only a short drive from the town of Sevenoaks. We’re a relaxed, supportive, people-focused service where every day is different – from helping someone achieve a new personal goal to celebrating milestones together.

This is a full-time role working night shifts, with flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota.

Typical shifts include: 8pm - 8am, 3 nights a week

We’ll work with you to agree a pattern that suits the needs of the service and you.

Why you’ll love working here

As well as providing support for your wellbeing and development, we offer a fantastic range of benefits:

  • 28 days holiday per annum inclusive of bank holidays (+1 every year up to 33 days)
  • Stream: Access up to 40% of your pay before payday

  • Contributory Pension Scheme & competitive life cover
  • Health cash plan: Affordable healthcare at your fingertips
  • Career development: Opportunities for recognised qualifications and leadership training
  • Free DBS check
  • Employee Assistance Programme – support when you need it most

Enhanced pay: £1.00 per hour will only apply to night working (8pm Monday to 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep‑Ins.

What you’ll do
