Leonard Cheshire is recruiting for a part-time care assistant in Stadon Road, Anstey near Leicester. You’ll support seven adults with daily living tasks, personal care, and accompanying them to activities, while promoting independence and person-centred care.
No prior care experience is required as training is provided; the role offers a rota across weekdays and weekends, with a strong emphasis on wellbeing and career development within a compassionate team.

Stadon Road, in the village of Anstey near Leicester, is home for seven disabled adults. Our service feels like family – relaxed, supportive, and centred around the people who live here. Every day brings new moments to celebrate: from small wins in independence to big laughs over mealtimes.

Enhanced pay: £1.00 per hour will only apply to night working (8pm Monday to 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep-Ins.
No previous care experience? No problem – we’ll give you all the training you need.
