Job summary

Cygnet Group at Elston House is seeking a Care & Support Team Leader to oversee care delivery and support a residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities. You will work full time on 12-hour day shifts, contributing to a safe, therapeutic environment and supervising front-line staff.

We value leaders who are confident, communicative, and organised, with a passion to empower service users and promote independence. DBS check is required.

We are looking for a confidentCare & Support Team Leader with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You’ll be working full time42hours a week (12 hour shifts - days only), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Elston House.

Shift pattern

• Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• Week 2 - Wednesday & Thursday

Elston House is a specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities, who may also present with behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective care environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration.

Your Day-to-Day

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach to all individuals in our care
