Job summary

Cygnet Group is seeking a confident Day Senior Support Worker to join Broughton Lodge, a specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities. You will work 42 hours per week, days only, including alternate weekends, supporting individuals with personalised care plans and promoting independence.

We are looking for a confident Day Senior Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You will be working 42 hours per week, working days only (including working alternate weekends). You will support in making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Broughton Lodge.

Shift Pattern: Days (8 am - 8 pm)

Week 1: 4 days on, 3 days off

Week 2: 3 days on, 4 days off

Broughton Lodge is a specialist residential service for adults with autism and a learning disability who may present with behaviours that may be of concern.

We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration. On site we have a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) who assist and support us to provide outcome based care and support pathways.

Depending on the individual's level of need, we have 3 different areas within the service offering different levels of support, including support for young men and women leaving an educational provision.

Your Day-to-Day
