Job summary

Cygnet is hiring a Day Senior Support Worker for Broughton Lodge, Sutton. You will work 42 hours per week on day shifts (8 am–8 pm) with alternating weekends, contributing to supportive, outcome-driven care for adults with autism and learning disabilities in a specialist residential setting.

Join a MDT team onsite to enhance independence and community integration, with opportunities for supervision, training and career development. DBS check required for successful candidates.

We are looking for a confident Day Senior Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You'll be working 42 hours per week, working days only (including working alternate weekends). You will support in making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Broughton Lodge.

Shift Pattern: Days (8 am - 8 pm)

Week 1: 4 days on, 3 days off

Week 2: 3 days on, 4 days off

Broughton Lodge is a specialist residential service for adults with autism and a learning disability who may present with behaviours that may be of concern.

We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration. On site we have a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) who assist and support us to provide outcome based care and support pathways.

Depending on the individual's level of need, we have 3 different areas within the service offering different levels of support, including support for young men and women leaving an educational provision.
