Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader to energise and support store shifts in Torquay. You’ll lead smooth operations, coach new Baristas and uphold Costa’s service and coffee standards. This role rewards confidence, teamwork and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
