Job summary

Costa Coffee in the United Kingdom is seeking a Team Leader to energize and support the store team across shifts, ensuring excellent service and coffee quality.

You will train Baristas, lead shifts, motivate staff and uphold Costa standards in a fast-paced environment. The role includes flexible shifts and opportunities to contribute to Costa Foundation and community initiatives.
