Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift in a Costa-owned store in the UK. You’ll lead smooth, efficient shifts, train and support new Baristas, energise your team and uphold high standards of service and coffee excellence.

As a reliable role model with strong communication skills, you’ll be adaptable, resourceful and calm under pressure, ready to step into leadership or already have team leadership experience.
