Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift. We offer flexible shifts to suit you and the store, helping maintain high standards in service and coffee excellence.

You will lead smooth shifts, train new Baristas, energise and motivate your team, and adapt to keep everything running well while upholding our values and delivering memorable moments for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience as a team leader or ready to step into the role.
• Strong communication skills and reliability.
• Energetic, positive and confident in leading others.
