Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader in the United Kingdom. You’ll bring energy, confidence and support to every shift, with flexible shifts to suit the store. You’ll lead smooth, efficient shifts and energise your team to deliver high standards in service and coffee excellence.

As a Team Leader, you’ll train and support new Baristas, maintain store standards, and use resourcefulness to keep everything running well. Costa values diversity and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team or ready to step into a leadership role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate others.
• Able to stay calm, resourceful and adaptable under pressure.
