Gourmet Burger Kitchen (GBK) at Belsize Park is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team and support the General Manager in delivering outstanding guest experiences.

You will lead day-to-day operations, supervise staff, and drive sales while controlling costs. This role offers growth opportunities within BRG and a dynamic, food-loving culture.

• Step Up When Needed: Be ready to take charge in the General Manager’s absence, showing your leadership skills and keeping everything on track.
• Contribute to the Vibe: Help create a fun, relaxed environment where customers and staff alike enjoy their time.
