Job summary

Cygnet Manor in the United Kingdom is seeking a confident Support worker to join our team. You’ll work 42 hours a week across days and nights, delivering person-centred care to residents and helping them improve their lives.

We offer apprenticeship learning, flexible overtime, regular coaching and supervision, plus wellbeing resources. DBS check will be completed as part of recruitment.

Responsibilities

  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents
  • Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support
  • Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
  • Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required
  • Safeguard

Job description

We are looking for a confident Support worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care. Youll be working 42 hours a week a mixture of days and nights, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Manor. Cygnet Manor is a high dependency complex care service for men with learning disabilities, associated complex needs and who may have behaviours that challenge.

Your Day-to-Day
