Cygnet is recruiting a Care & Support Worker for Norcott Lodge in the Liversedge area of West Yorkshire. You will work full-time, 42 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts, with alternating weekends on a two-week rolling rota.
The role focuses on person-centred care for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will provide emotional and physical support, help residents with daily activities, and assist with community access.

We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding healthcare.
You’ll be working full time 42 hours a week, 12 hour shifts, including alternate weekends (four shifts week one, three shifts week two, on a two week rolling rota), nights only, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Norcott Lodge.
Located in the suburbs of Liversedge in West Yorkshire, Norcott Lodge is a specialist residential service providing outcome focused care for adults with learning disabilities and associated complex needs who may have behaviours that challenge.
