A supportive housing service provider is seeking a Team Leader in Belfast, UK, to manage a team of Support Workers. Could you lead a team of Support Workers who help young people to build the skills and confidence to maintain their own homes? MACS Supported Housing Service supports young people leaving care who are aged between 16 and 21. Team Leaders will work in conjunction with the Manager to lead and manage a Support Staff Team and to maintain and develop the Supported Housing Service.
