Job summary

Costa in Banbury is seeking a proactive Team Leader to coach and energise the store team while maintaining coffee excellence and smooth shift operations.

You will train new Baristas, motivate colleagues, and ensure high service standards in a fast-paced environment. This role offers flexible shifts and a strong sense of teamwork and community within Costa.

Qualifications

• Previous team leadership experience or willingness to step into the role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coaching Baristas.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to busy shift patterns.
