Job summary

Costa Coffee in Watford is seeking a proactive Team Leader to energise and support the shift, drive coffee excellence and maintain high service standards.

You’ll train new Baristas, motivate your team and ensure smooth operations with confident leadership and clear communication in a fast-paced store environment.
