Job summary

Costa Maidstone is hiring a Team Leader to supervise a busy store, lead shifts, and support a team of Baristas. The role focuses on coaching new staff, maintaining service standards, and delivering Costa’s warm customer experience.

You’ll energise your team, communicate clearly, and stay composed under pressure while managing daily operations and flexible shifts. This is a permanent, full-time position with on-site parking at the Maidstone store.
