Job summary

Costa Coffee in Cannock is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy and confidence to every shift, train and support baristas, and maintain high standards across service and coffee excellence.

As a reliable team player with strong communication, you’ll energise your team, adapt under pressure, and help deliver great customer experiences. This role offers flexible shifts and opportunities to grow within the Costa family.
