Job summary

Costa Coffee in Evesham is seeking a Team Leader for the Drive Thru, Twyford, Worcestershire. You’ll bring energy, confidence and support to every shift, with flexible shifts to suit the store.

You’ll train and support new Baristas, energise and motivate your team, and maintain high standards of service and coffee excellence while staying calm under pressure.
