Costa Coffee Ireland is looking for a Team Leader for our store in Fairhill Shopping Centre, Ballymena. You will lead busy shifts, open and close the store reliably, and support colleagues to deliver unbeatable coffee experiences.

This full-time role includes ongoing training, opportunities to progress into management, employee discounts across locations, and a vibrant, people-first culture where personality and teamwork shine.
