Costa Coffee Ireland & Northern Ireland is seeking a Team Leader for our store in Fairhill Shopping Centre. You will lead shifts, deliver great customer service and ensure smooth daily operations.

This role is full-time and permanent with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to learn barista skills and coffee preparation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced cafe environment.

• Open and close the store safely and on time.
• Lead shifts to support colleagues in delivering great experiences.
• Train new staff and maintain health & safety standards.
