Job summary

Costa Coffee is looking for a Team Leader in Fairhill Shopping Centre to drive daily store operations and lead a team to deliver exceptional coffee experiences.

You will guide shifts, support colleagues, and train new staff while upholding health and safety standards and delivering customer-focused service.
