Job summary

Costa Coffee Ireland & Northern Ireland is seeking a Team Leader for our Costa Coffee store at Longwood Retail Park in Newtownabbey. This full-time, permanent position offers the chance to lead a busy, customer‑centric team and to deliver the signature Costa experience.

You’ll be responsible for opening and closing the store, training staff, and ensuring health and safety standards are met. Join us to grow with a brand known for quality coffee and development opportunities.
