Job summary

Costa Coffee Ireland is seeking a Team Leader for our Kennedy Centre store in Belfast. You will lead shifts, deliver unbeatable customer experiences, and drive high standards with a hands-on, people-first approach.

You will train new staff, ensure health and safety, and work with your team to maintain a vibrant, customer-focused store culture. This full-time role offers ongoing development and advancement opportunities.
