Job summary

Costa East Kilbride is hiring a Team Leader to energise and support the store team, delivering great coffee and service every shift. You’ll train Baristas, manage through busy periods and uphold Costa’s high standards across the floor and bar.

We’re looking for a reliable, energetic leader with strong communication skills who can motivate others, adapt to changing demands and model accountability. Flexible shifts and a welcoming team culture await.
