Job Opportunity: Support Team Leader in Tameside

Creative Support is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual to manage our team of support staff at our Supported Accommodation service in Tameside. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding and experience in the field of mental health.

Role Overview:

• Lead and manage the support team, including line management of staff
• Operate as a Team Leader across various support streams, ensuring effective service delivery
• Provide direct support to service users with mental health needs
• Deliver person-centred care to promote independence and community engagement
• Build trusting therapeutic relationships with service users
• Assess new referrals and conduct reviews of current service users
• Collaborate with professionals and agencies to meet individual needs and promote recovery
• Deputise for the Mental Health Manager when required, including staff supervision and liaising with other professionals
