Our branches are busy, fast-paced places to be, and as Team Leader, you are involved at the very heart of it. You are a key part of the Branch Management Team, coordinating the delivery and collection of vehicles to customers.

At heart, you’re a people person and, whilst you may set expectations high, you love to nurture those around you. You have a talent for creating productive, engaged teams where everyone works together to get things done well and on time. With your team of Customer Delivery Agents, it’s over to you to inspire the team and take ownership for fleet allocation and utilization, ensuring the right vehicles reach the right customers at the right time.

Being a successful Team Leader involves using your customer service know-how, talent for motivating others, and a calm, ‘can-do’ attitude to align your team. Knowledge of vehicle rental or similar logistics experience may be useful, along with a Full UK or EU Driving Licence. However, more important is the drive and personality you bring to the role.
