As a Team Leader, you will lead and coordinate your team of drivers to meet customer and business needs, ensuring timely vehicle availability.

Life as a Team Leader with Northgate Vehicle Hire

Our branches are busy, fast-paced environments. As Team Leader, you are a key part of the Branch Management Team, managing vehicle delivery and collection.

You are a people person, setting high expectations and nurturing your team to work productively and collaboratively. You will inspire your team of Customer Delivery Agents, managing the fleet allocation to meet customer demands efficiently.

Success in this role relies on your customer service skills, ability to motivate, and a ‘can-do’ attitude. Knowledge of vehicle rental or logistics is advantageous but not essential; a Full UK or EU Driving Licence is required.

Our flagship branch near Leeds offers a large, experienced team and a chance for you to bring a fresh approach.
