Job summary

JW Lees, a proudly family-owned brewer operating across the North West, is seeking a Front of House Team Leader in our Altrincham pub. You will lead front-of-house colleagues, pull pints and serve great food, and demonstrate strong communication to inspire your team and deliver excellent customer service.

You'll take the lead on shifts, develop your team, and role-model a positive, collaborative culture. We offer profit sharing, staff discounts, wellbeing support, and clear development paths
