Job summary

JW Lees is seeking a Front of House Team Leader to lead front-of-house operations across our pubs, inns and hotels. You will drive service standards, manage shifts and develop the team to reach the next level of excellence.

You will lead by example, communicate effectively, and ensure guests receive outstanding service while promoting the JW Lees values and benefits. This role offers opportunities for progression within the group.
