Junior Front of House Manager | Full Time

The Role:

As a Junior Front of House Manager, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support ongoing coaching and development, own your shifts to drive performance, and help ensure excellent service.

Requirements:

• Passionate about supporting your team and maintaining high standards
• Ready to run shifts, plan schedules, and coach on the go
• Understanding of managing labor and rotas, with a willingness to learn about financial performance
• Ability to recognize and celebrate great performance on shift
